As the sun begins to set over the Fyris River, we set off on a quiet adventure in search of one of the river’s most fascinating residents – the beaver.

Gliding silently on your own Stand Up Paddleboard, you’ll follow our guide deep into beaver territory. SUP boards are wide and stable, making it easy to paddle even for beginners – and falling in is rare.

Halfway through the trip, we’ll pause for a traditional Swedish fika on shore. As the twilight deepens, you’ll learn more about the beavers, their lodges, and their nightly routines. With a bit of luck, you might just spot one swimming past in the golden light.
